Tender Description
This tender invites bids for providing committed information rate (CIR) internet connectivity services at the Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) Head Office in Karachi and the disaster recovery site in Lahore. The contract duration is two years with a possible one-year extension under the same terms and conditions.
The scope includes installation of 60 Mbps CIR internet connectivity with redundant fiber links and radio backup at Karachi, and 20 Mbps CIR internet connectivity with fiber backup at Lahore. The successful bidder must provide new transmission equipment, allocate public IP address pools, and submit monthly consumption reports. The bidding process follows quality and cost selection under PPRA rules, with submissions through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS).
