Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors for the provision of services related to E-Invoices integration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The tender requires contractors to have adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities.
The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with bid documents available from 08.12.2025 to 22.12.2025. Bids must be submitted electronically via SAP Ariba by 24.12.2025 at 2:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 3:00 PM onwards. Valid PEC certificates of category C5 or above are required for issuance of tender documents.
