Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the procurement of a Call Recorder System for the Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) under the Pakistan Airports Authority. The procurement includes installation, commissioning, FAT, testing, and training services. The project is based in Islamabad Capital Territory and falls under Electronics & Appliances and IT & Office Equipment categories.
The scope covers supply and delivery of a complete call recording system compatible with IP-EPABX, including all related services such as installation and commissioning at IIAP Islamabad. The supplier must ensure the equipment meets technical specifications and quality standards, with delivery and installation to be completed within 150 days from contract signing. The system will be inspected and tested by the designated Inspecting Officer at IIAP Islamabad to ensure compliance.
Bidders must be registered on the PPRA EPADS portal and comply with all eligibility criteria including NTN registration and 100% Active Taxpayer List (ATL) compliance for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender requires submission of original bid security with the technical proposal and a copy with the financial proposal. The performance bond of 10% of the contract value is mandatory upon award. The contract will be awarded on a least cost basis after technical qualification.
Submission deadline is on the 1st of April 2026, with bid opening scheduled the same day. Bids must be submitted both electronically via the PPRA EPADS portal and physically in sealed envelopes at the Pakistan Airports Authority Logistics Center, Karachi.
