Tender Description
NADRA Regional Head Office Gwadar invites technical and financial proposals from registered consultant firms for engineering consultancy services. The scope includes designing and detailed supervision of construction of two buildings for the NADRA Registration Center at Hub and Turbat under RHO Gwadar.
The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through electronic bids submitted on EPADS. The consultancy services are to be procured under the PPRA Consultancy Services Regulations 2010 with a focus on least cost based selection.
