Tender Description
This tender invites sealed bids for the supply of NIV Cardiac medical stores and equipment comprising 32 items as per the attached Annex A list. The procurement includes various cardiac-related medical disposables, surgical items, and consumables required for the fiscal year 2026-27, with delivery scheduled between 1st July 2026 and 30th June 2027.
The tender follows a single stage two-envelope bidding procedure with technical and commercial offers submitted separately. Evaluation will be based on technical compliance and lowest technically evaluated bid. The tender includes strict quality, packaging, and delivery requirements, including shelf life, GMP certification, and inspection protocols. Payment terms are 80% after inspection and 20% after issuance of CRV.
