Tender Description
This tender invites sealed quotations for the provision of conservancy services at Pakistan Navy Hospital PNS Hafeez, Sector E-8, Islamabad. The contract period is from 01 January 2026 to 30 June 2026. The services are required to be performed on a daily basis by capable contractors.
Tender documents can be obtained from the hospital before 22 December 2025. Quotations must be submitted by 30 December 2025 at 10:00 hrs and will be opened the same day at 10:30 hrs. A 2.5% earnest money deposit is required with the bid, and the successful bidder must provide a 5% bank guarantee. The contract will be awarded to the technically qualified and lowest commercial bidder.
