Tender Description
This tender invites proposals for the provision of professional services to manage the National Incubation Center (NIC) Quetta. The scope includes administration, incubation management, mentoring, training, and access to funding opportunities for startups and micro-entrepreneurs in Balochistan. The successful bidder will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring at least 60% startup graduation success, maintaining a minimum 25% women participation quota, and facilitating investor linkages. The contract duration is initially five years with possible extensions, and the bidder must provide a comprehensive management team and detailed project execution plan.
