Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the face lifting of the outer façade of the New Custom House located in Karachi. The scope includes providing and applying color crete (pigment plaster) over approximately 170,000 square feet, including repair of damages, filling cracks with cement mortar, and applying two renewal coats of primer with approved chemicals. The work involves scaffolding and safety measures at any height across 12 floors.
The contract duration is 90 days after signing the agreement. The procuring agency reserves the right to amend or revise specifications and scope without compensation. Payments will be made based on actual executed work measurements. The contractor must provide all necessary tools, plants, scaffolding, and safety arrangements during execution.
