The National Assembly Secretariat intends to pre-qualify reputable and technically sound firms for the service, repair, and maintenance of various machinery equipment, furniture/fixture, hardware, software, and IT equipment. The contract is initially for two years, extendible by one year with mutual consent. The scope includes on-site troubleshooting, replacement of defective parts with genuine spares, periodic servicing, and technical support. Firms must be NTN/GST registered and submit bids via the EPADS portal by the specified deadline. Pre-qualified firms will be responsible for timely and quality maintenance services as per the tender terms.
