Tender Description
This tender invites sealed bids for the procurement of spare parts required for the rebuild of Armored Personnel Carriers (APC) on FOB basis. The procurement includes a comprehensive list of OEM USA certified parts such as pumps, seals, valves, torsion bars, filters, and other critical components necessary for the rebuild. The delivery period is six months after contract signing or four months after opening of the Letter of Credit, whichever is later.
The procurement process follows the PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules, with bids to be submitted in two separate envelopes (technical and financial proposals). Pre-shipment inspection and advance sample submission are mandatory for certain items. The contract includes warranty, performance guarantees, and provisions for technical support and after-sales service.
