Al Mizan Foundation invites open competitive bids through public auction for renting out 37 commercial shops of various sizes located at the market/staff colony premises on Tipu Road, Rawalpindi. The rental period is for one year, extendable, with auctions scheduled on 24th, 26th, and 29th December 2025 at 10:00 AM. The auction will be conducted on a per square foot monthly rent basis with reserve prices set for each shop. Successful bidders must deposit a quarter of the bid amount on the spot and provide a security deposit equivalent to two months' rent before contract execution. The foundation reserves the right to cancel any bid or auction proceedings. Additional terms include government taxes, annual rent increase of minimum 10%, and compliance with foundation rules and by-laws.
