Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites proposals from reputed consultants registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for consultancy services related to the construction of residential and state-of-the-art training facilities at the Civil Aviation Training Institute (CATI). The consultancy will cover detailed design, supervision, and related services for the construction project.
The bidding process will follow a single stage two envelope procedure conducted electronically via the PPRA E-PADS portal. The selection method is based on Quality and Cost Based Selection as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. The tender is open to all eligible bidders registered on the E-PADS platform.
