Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites proposals from reputed consultants registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for consultancy services related to the construction of residential and state-of-the-art training facilities at the Civil Aviation Training Institute (CATI). The consultancy will cover detailed design, supervision, and related services for the construction project.
The bidding process will follow a single stage two envelope procedure conducted electronically via the PPRA E-PADS portal. The selection method is based on Quality and Cost Based Selection as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations.
