Tender Description
The tender invites sealed bids for the procurement of laboratory and contingency items from importers, manufacturers, and authorized distributors registered with the Income/Sales tax and active on the FBR taxpayer list. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014.
Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS system by the specified deadline, including all mandatory documents and bid security. Only technical bids will be opened on the stated date and time. The bid security must be submitted physically to the Regional Blood Center's administration department before the deadline.
