Tender Description
House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFC) invites sealed bids from eligible consultants/firms for the independent review, enhancement, and alignment of its Enterprise Technology Governance and Risk Management Framework (ETGRMF) and its appended artifacts. The engagement includes gap analysis, revision of policies, procedures, SOPs, strategy documents, control forms, MIS reports, and knowledge transfer through training and awareness sessions.
The scope covers ensuring compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations, alignment with HBFC’s governance model and international best practices, and includes cybersecurity awareness, business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT service management. The contract requires submission of technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal, with bid security and original bid security submission in sealed envelope before the deadline.
