Outsource of Zone-wise Commercial Billing and Recovery for Hyderabad Water & Sewerage Corporation

Hyderabad Water & Sewerage Corporation (HW&SC) invites bids for outsourcing zone-wise commercial billing and recovery services. The contract aims to improve recovery of commercial water and sewerage dues by engaging third-party contractors to manage billing, collection, and consumer communication efficiently. The scope includes data management, accurate bill generation, distribution to commercial consumers, revenue collection, dispute resolution, and regular reporting. The contractor will also support legal enforcement by issuing notices to defaulters and coordinating with HW&SC for legal proceedings.
