Tender Description
Hyderabad Water & Sewerage Corporation (HW&SC) invites bids for outsourcing zone-wise commercial billing and recovery services. The contract aims to improve recovery of commercial water and sewerage dues by engaging third-party contractors to manage billing, collection, and consumer communication efficiently.
The scope includes data management, accurate bill generation, distribution to commercial consumers, revenue collection, dispute resolution, and regular reporting. The contractor will also support legal enforcement by issuing notices to defaulters and coordinating with HW&SC for legal proceedings.
Bidders must be licensed, pre-qualified, and demonstrate relevant experience in recovery campaigns. The contract duration is up to 12 months with a fixed price. Bids will be opened on 31-Dec-2025 at 3:00 PM at the Directorate of HW&SC, Hyderabad.
