Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate invites bids for the procurement of a 7 AXIS CNC Machine in Taxila, Punjab. This tender covers the supply of a multi-tasking mill-turn center with twin spindle, capable of 7 or more controlled axes and simultaneous 4-axis machining. The machine must meet stringent technical specifications including a maximum component length of 1015mm, spindle power of 15 kW, and a milling spindle power of 22 kW. The CNC control system must be FANUC 18i-TB/31i-B Plus with twin spindle synchronization and multi-channel operation.
The procurement involves delivery within 4 months after contract signing, with installation, leveling, and commissioning included. The supplier is responsible for providing tooling, fixtures, and training for factory staff. The tender requires submission of technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, with a bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order.
