Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate invites bids for the procurement of a 7 AXIS CNC Machine in Taxila, Punjab. This tender covers the supply of a multi-tasking mill-turn center with twin spindle, capable of 7 or more controlled axes and simultaneous 4-axis machining. The machine must meet stringent technical specifications including a maximum component length of 1015mm, spindle power of 15 kW, and a milling spindle power of 22 kW. The CNC control system must be FANUC 18i-TB/31i-B Plus with twin spindle synchronization and multi-channel operation.
The procurement involves delivery within 4 months after contract signing, with installation, leveling, and commissioning included.
