Tender Description
This tender invites proposals for the SAP Skills Development and Employment Facilitation Program aimed at training Pakistani youth in SAP technical certification and soft skills to enhance their employability in global markets. The program targets 2,500 trainees in two batches, providing comprehensive training, certification, and job placement support.
The scope includes conducting skill gap analysis, recruitment, training delivery, certification exam facilitation, and structured job placement support. The program duration is approximately 25 months, with a focus on international and local employment opportunities, visa facilitation, and continuous monitoring and evaluation.
