COMSATS University Islamabad invites bids for the hiring of security services for its Islamabad campus for the fiscal year 2025-26. The contract includes provision of armed and civilian security guards, with at least 50% ex-servicemen, equipped with required licenses, radio communication sets, handheld metal detectors, and biometric attendance systems. The contract duration includes a probation period of three months with possible extension up to three years based on performance. The tender process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) with a bid security of Rs. 200,000 and performance security of Rs. 500,000. The scope covers 24/7 security services with strict compliance to government labor laws, minimum wage requirements, and security standards as per Ministry of Interior regulations.
