Tender Description
The Higher Education Commission Regional Centre in Quetta is offering an auction for disposal of scrap items including batteries, tyres, and vehicle spare parts. The auction will be conducted on an "As is" and "Where is" basis in three separate lots. Interested bidders must submit bids in sealed envelopes along with tender fee and security deposit by the specified deadline.
Bidders are required to collect tender documents from the HEC Regional Centre or download them from official websites. The highest evaluated bids for each lot will be accepted, and successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately and clear the scrap material within the stipulated time to avoid penalties. Applicable taxes will be deducted from the bid amount as per government regulations.
