Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites e-Bids from contractors registered with PPRA EPADS and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses for construction of electrical equipment foundations and allied works at various 132KV grid stations across 13 districts of Sindh Province. The works include foundation construction for power transformer bays and cable trenches at specified grid stations. Bidding documents are available on EPADS, and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or CDR from a scheduled bank, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The tender process follows the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure with bid opening scheduled on the same day as submission.
