Provision of Certain Facilities at Chaklala, Kamra, Chakwal, Kallar Kahar and Skardu

The Military Engineer Services (MES) office at PAF Chaklala invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at multiple locations including Chaklala, Kamra, Chakwal, Kallar Kahar, and Skardu. The tender process is governed under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. Contractors must submit applications for tender documents along with complete credentials. Only firms with sufficient experience and registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are eligible. The tender submission deadline is 1130 Hrs on 4th December 2025, with opening at 1200 Hrs the same day. Contractors must certify no litigation or outstanding reports against them and may attend the tender opening.
