Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences & Technology Islamabad invites sealed bids through PPRA E-Portal for the purchase of stationery items for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is open to firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted online via E-Portal by the closing date. Original bids in hard copy must also be submitted to the university before the bid closing time. A bid security of Rs 100,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the university is required. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
