Tender Description
Sindh Bank Limited Karachi invites bids for the printing and supply of miscellaneous marketing and media items for the year 2026-27. This procurement covers a range of printed materials including banners, roll-up stands, brochures, flyers, appreciation shields, and vinyl branding for branch events and marketing campaigns.
The scope includes production of high-quality printed items such as 3x5 feet flex banners, plastic X stands, laminated art papers, and event management services including transportation and installation. The contract is extendable for three additional years under the same terms and conditions. The bank requires timely delivery with a 15-day prior notice and expects supplies at least 5 days before events. Quantities may vary and no claims will be entertained for reductions.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with Sindh Procurement Rules. PEC registration is not mandatory for works under Rs. 2.5 million. The evaluation criteria include NTN registration, years in business, turnover, and client references. Blacklisting or failure to meet eligibility criteria will disqualify bidders.
