Tender Description
Hyderabad Water & Sewerage Corporation (HW&SC) invites bids for outsourcing the commercial billing and recovery services for Zone-07. The contract involves managing data, generating and distributing commercial water and sewerage bills, and ensuring timely revenue collection from commercial consumers.
The selected contractor will handle consumer communication, dispute resolution, and provide regular reporting and reconciliation of collected revenues with HW&SC's financial records. Legal compliance and enforcement support, including issuing notices to defaulters and reporting to HW&SC for legal action, are also part of the scope.
