Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the construction of two padel courts at Islamabad Club, including all associated civil, structural, electrical, and finishing works. The scope covers site clearance, excavation, PCC, RCC, steel structures, tempered glass walls, imported turf, nets, benches, and complete electrical installations such as lighting and cabling.
The project requires completion within 60 days from the issuance of the Letter of Intent. Bidders must be registered with PEC, FBR, and PPRA, and meet mandatory eligibility criteria including financial and technical qualifications. Bids are to be submitted electronically via EPADS with a bid security of PKR 500,000.
