Tender Description
The Consulate General of Pakistan in Chengdu (China) is seeking quotations from experienced cleaning service providers for daily cleaning services at the Consulate premises, covering an area of 628 square meters. The scope includes cleaning of all rooms, offices, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, stairs, furniture, appliances, carpets, and garbage disposal, with additional deep cleaning every six months.
The service provider must be registered and based in Chengdu, have VAT registration, and provide trained, uniformed cleaning staff. The contract includes compliance with safety and security protocols, financial responsibility for staff salaries and taxes, and provisions for contract termination and replacement of staff if necessary. Bids must be submitted by 06 January 2026, with technical and financial bids opening on 07 January 2026.
