Tender Description
This tender invites consultancy firms, corporate consultancy firms, or joint ventures with relevant professional experience to review and analyze the existing Land Lease Policy (LLP) and related procedures of the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). The objective is to improve adaptability, transparency, and commercial viability of the LLP by proposing a revised, transparent, and business-friendly policy for efficient and effective land leasing.
The scope includes reviewing PAA's current LLP and procedures in line with best market practices and applicable regulatory frameworks. The selection will be made under the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010, using a quality and cost-based selection method. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by the specified deadline.
