Tender Description
The Ministry of Law and Justice invites proposals from eligible consultancy firms/organizations for conducting a feasibility study under the project titled 'Construction of Office of the Attorney General of Pakistan, Office of Advocate / Prosecutor General and other allied offices in connection with Supreme Court of Pakistan (PC-II)'. The consultancy services include preparation of detailed feasibility reports, technical and financial proposals, and related studies as per the terms of reference.
The selection will be conducted through a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method using a single stage two envelope procedure. The consultancy contract will be awarded to the firm scoring the highest combined technical and financial evaluation. The proposal submission deadline is 10th December 2025 at 11:00 AM via the e-procurement system EPADS.
