Tender Description
This tender is for the procurement of janitorial services for the SMEDA Regional Office in Balochistan for a period of two years covering financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The scope includes provision of cleaning staff, maintenance of cleanliness in all office premises and outdoor areas, and supply and management of cleaning consumables as per government standards.
The contractor is responsible for providing trained staff with police and medical clearances, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring compliance with labor laws including minimum wages, and providing uniforms and protective equipment. Payment will be made monthly based on verified invoices and performance monitoring by SMEDA.
