Tender Description
The Science, Technology and Information Technology Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is procuring human resource services through a framework contract for the establishment and operation of Citizen Facilitation Centers (CFCs) across the province. The project aims to provide a one-window operation for multiple public services with modern IT infrastructure and support.
The contract includes provision of skilled IT and administrative personnel, security guards, and support staff on an as-needed basis for a period of one year, extendable up to three years. The procurement will be conducted via an electronic portal with proposals submitted online, and evaluation will be based on technical and financial criteria under the QCBS method.
