Tender Description
The Universal Service Fund (USF) invites bids for the provision of Next Generation Broadband for Sustainable Development (NG-BSD) services in a small lot covering Islamabad district. The procurement involves a reverse auction bidding process to award subsidies to successful applicants to support telecommunication service provision in identified areas for a contractual period of 10 years.
Bidders must be USF contributors, active taxpayers with valid NTN and Sales Tax registrations. Detailed bidding documents and information packages are available on the USF website and can be obtained after registration and payment. Bids must be submitted with a bid bond of PKR 5 million as per the prescribed procedure.
