Operation, Servicing & Maintenance of 04 Lifts Installed at State Life Building, Karachi

This tender invites experienced firms or contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to submit bids for the operation, servicing, and maintenance of four lifts installed at the State Life Building in Karachi. The contract aims to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the lifts to maintain safety and operational efficiency. Bidding documents are available for free download on the EPADs website. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADs by the specified deadline. Original bid security and a copy of the bidding document must also be submitted physically to the office of the undersigned. The State Life Insurance Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
