Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Saidu Sharif Swat invites bids from well reputed companies, firms, authorized dealers, wholesale dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and general order suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for procurement under a framework contract. The procurement includes E-marking answer books along with OSM software, DMCs, and original certificates.
The bidding process follows the single stage two envelope procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014. Bidders must submit their bids online via the E-PADS system, with original bid security submitted in a sealed envelope. The bid security must be in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Secretary BISE Saidu Sharif Swat.
