Development of IT Software, Operations and Maintenance for IDEAS 2026

The Defence Export Promotion Organization (DEPO) Islamabad invites qualified firms to develop, operate, and maintain an integrated IT software suite for the International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2026. This contract covers comprehensive software modules including exhibitor floor management, registration, event management, logistics, vehicle access, security, badge printing, attendance tracking, content management, biometric verification, and mobile applications for Android, iOS, and Harmony OS. The project demands a robust, secure, and scalable IT environment to support the complex operational needs of IDEAS 2026, including real-time data synchronization, cybersecurity compliance, and seamless integration across multiple modules. The software must be developed using modern coding standards with RESTful APIs, ensuring interoperability and future scalability. The contract includes phased development over 3-5 months, followed by operations and maintenance until December 31, 2026, with a possible extension for two additional years based on performance. Bidders must be registered with SECP and FBR, demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of PKR 20 million, and have at least three years of verifiable experience in IT systems development. The technical evaluation will focus on relevant experience, understanding of scope, team qualifications, technology architecture, and implementation plan.
