Tender Description
The tender invites bids for the supply and installation of replacement roof canopy made of 10 mm thick polycarbonate sheets with two walls and clear white color, covering approximately 3000 sqft at the NADRA Regional Head Office Complex in Lahore. The scope includes delivery, installation, removal of old canopy, and commissioning. The installation and delivery must be completed within 2 to 4 weeks from the contract date. The canopy and installation will be inspected and must meet the technical specifications and quality standards. An 8-year warranty is required from the date of operational acceptance.
Bidders must be registered and eligible under PPRA rules, submit bids through the E-Procurement system (EPADS), and provide a bid security of Rs. 300,000. The contract includes provisions for liquidated damages, performance security, and compliance with all applicable taxes and regulations. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 25% at the time of award.
