Replacement of 8x 2 Ton AC Units with 2x 4 Ton and 1x 2 Ton AC Units at MSU Peshawar Cantt

National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Peshawar is inviting electronic bids for the replacement of air conditioning units at MSU Peshawar Cantt. This procurement is aimed at upgrading the cooling infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient air conditioning for the facility. The works are to be executed in Peshawar, under the supervision of the Director NTC Peshawar. Items being procured: - Supply of AC units, Brand: Haier, Floor Standing Invertor, BTU Capacity: 4 Ton (48000 BTU), Model: 48E-DC or equivalent (Qty: 2) - Supply of AC units, Brand: Haier, Split type Invertor, BTU Capacity: 2 Ton (24000 BTU), Model: 24HFC or equivalent (Qty: 1) - Copper Pipes (1 1/8 inch + 3/8 inch) (Qty: 80 RFT) - Dismantling of old AC, 2 Ton Split type Wall mounted (Qty: 8) - Installation Charges (Qty: 3) The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of new AC units as per the detailed specifications provided in the tender documents. The contractor must also dismantle the existing units and ensure proper installation of the new systems, including all necessary copper piping and accessories. All equipment must meet the mandatory minimum requirements for performance, energy efficiency, and operational features as outlined in the annexures. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, have a valid registration certificate, and must not have been blacklisted or involved in litigation with any government organization. Experience in similar works is required. Bidders must submit an earnest money of PKR 40,000 in the form of Bank Draft, CDR, or Pay Order in favor of Director NTC Peshawar. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 01-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual, open, emailed, or faxed bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM at the NTC Peshawar Directorate.
