Tender Description
The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Islamabad invites sealed bids from well reputed and GST registered firms, including Federal or Provincial Government organizations, for the procurement and installation of an Access Control and Verification System through Tripod Turnstile at its Islamabad campus. This procurement is aimed at enhancing security and access management at the university premises.

The technical scope includes supply and installation of the complete access control system integrated with tripod turnstiles at NUML Islamabad. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications and installation standards as per the tender documents available on EPADS v2.0. The system should be robust, reliable, and suitable for high-traffic academic environments.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be GST registered, well reputed, and registered on EPADS v2.0. Federal or Provincial Government organizations are also eligible to participate. Joint Ventures (JVs) are not allowed. Bidders must provide a bid security of Rs. 750,000 in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000 must also be submitted with the bid.
The submission deadline is **4th August 2026 at 1100 Hrs**, with bid opening at 1130 Hrs on the same day in the presence of bidders. Bids must be submitted physically along with the original Bank Draft/Pay Order and uploaded scanned copies on EPADS v2.0. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS registration and submission procedures to avoid disqualification.
