Access Control and Verification System through Tripod Turnstile Installation

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Islamabad invites sealed bids from well reputed and GST registered firms as well as Federal or Provincial Government organizations for the procurement and installation of an Access Control and Verification System through Tripod Turnstile at its Islamabad campus. This procurement is specifically for the installation of a security system to enhance access control at the university premises. Items being procured: - Access Control & Verification System through Tripod Turnstile The technical scope includes supply and installation of the tripod turnstile system at NUML Islamabad, ensuring secure and efficient access control. The system must comply with the latest security standards and be integrated with verification mechanisms. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform to participate and must submit bids accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 750,000 in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADS, while the original must be submitted physically along with the sealed proposal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000 is also required in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order. Eligibility criteria include registration on EPADS v2.0, GST registration, and experience in similar security system installations. Joint Ventures are not allowed. The submission deadline is **4th August 2026 at 1100 Hrs**, with bid opening at 1130 Hrs on the same day in the presence of bidders.
