Access Roads Construction at Malakand Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department, through its C&W Highway Division Dir Lower, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for construction works at Malakand Division. The procurement follows the KPPRA Procurement Rules, 2014, amended up to 10-05-2022, under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the EPADS system. Items being procured: - Package I: Construction of Sia to Raider Kandaw Road PK 15 (05 KM) - Oskai Barcharai Road (04 KM) - Maina Sir Bala to Dasht-e-Laila Road (4 KM) - Package II: Asso Road (04 KM) - Manai Jakar Baba Road (03 KM) - Bagh to Narai Kandaw Road (4 KM) - Ziam Asman Shan Khushal Patac Top Road (5 KM) The scope includes construction of access roads to new potential tourist sites in Malakand Division. The work is to be completed as per work order timelines. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act No. XXI of 2013 and must submit bid security in the form of CDR. Technical proposals must be uploaded on EPADS before financial bids. Valid NTN/GST certificates and FBR registration are mandatory. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11-09-2026. Bids must be submitted electronically via https://kp.sprocure.gov.pk before the deadline of 18-09-2026 at 12:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 hours.
