132 kV ACSR Rail Conductor Supply

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for the supply of 132 kV ACSR Rail Conductor under tender reference P55403. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement is conducted through a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 132 kV ACSR Rail Conductor (Quantity: 201 Km) The scope includes supply of ACSR Rail Conductor wire conforming to NTDC relevant specifications (amended to date). The delivery location is PESCO GSC Warehouse, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar. The delivery period is 120 days from issuance of purchase order. The materials must be brand new, physically fit with no damages, and accompanied by certificates of origin, warranty, inspection, and compliance with WAPDA/NTDC/IEC standards. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid FBR registration, demonstrate an annual average turnover of at least PKR 457.76 million over the last three years, and provide evidence of successful supply experience of 100% of the tendered quantity of similar material to DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA/GENCOs in the last five years. Manufacturers must have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience of similar or higher rating material. Operational certificates from end users confirming satisfactory operation for at least three years are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, August 12, 2026, 10:00 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The technical bid must include all required documents such as letter of bid, bid securing declaration, delivery schedule, manufacturer's authorization, and financial statements. The financial bid will be opened after technical evaluation.
