Providing Additional Tube Well near Water Plant at Railway Station Sibi

Pakistan Railways, through its Divisional Office in Quetta, invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the execution of works related to the provision of an additional tube well near the Water Plant at Railway Station Sibi. This procurement is being conducted under the Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates 2016, and the bidding process will follow the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Only firms with a valid and renewed license in CE-06 with the Pakistan Engineering Council and specialization codes in CE-09 are eligible to participate. Bidders must also be registered with the Sales & Income Tax Department and be active on the ATL of FBR. Items being procured: - Providing Additional Tube well near Water Plant at Railway Station Sibi (Approximate Cost: PKR 2,962,940, Earnest Money: PKR 59,258, Completion Period: 2 Months) The technical scope includes the complete installation and commissioning of the tube well as per the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. All works must be completed within the stipulated two-month period. Bidders are required to submit scanned copies of their Bid Security (CDR/Pay order) in the name of DAO/P.R Quetta via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System Version 2.0 (E-PADS). The original bid security and hard copies of bidding documents must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Engineer-II, P.R Quetta (Work Accounts Branch). Only bids submitted through E-PADS will be entertained, and no other form of submission will be accepted. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL compliance, and submission of the required earnest money. The deadline for bid submission is 12:00 PM on 9th September 2026, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, P.R, Quetta.
