Procurement of Advanced Laser Welding Lab Equipment for Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology, BBS-UTECH, Khairpur Mirs

The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development Khairpur Mirs invites bids for the procurement of Advanced Laser Welding Lab Equipment specifically for the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology located in Khairpur Mirs, Sindh. Items being procured: - Laser Welding Machine 1000W Fiber Laser Welding Machine (Qty: 1) - CNC Laser Welding Machine 1500W Cut Weld and Clean (Qty: 1) - Laser Hand Held Laser Welding Machine 1500W Water Cooling (Qty: 1) - Multifunctional Welding Desk 3d Tab and Slot Welding Table on Wheels (Qty: 2) - Fanuc CK0640 CNC Lathe for Small Parts Horizontal CNC Lathe Machine Processing (Qty: 1) The scope includes supply, installation, commissioning, putting into operation, and demonstration of the working of the equipment at the university laboratories. The equipment must conform to international standards and be suitable for local climatic conditions. The university will provide necessary hardware and electric supply for operation. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least three years of relevant experience, registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board as applicable, and Pakistan Engineering Council registration. Bidders must not be blacklisted and should provide earnest money of 5% of the bid price. Technical bids will be evaluated on experience, financial strength, and technical demonstration with a minimum qualifying score of 70 marks.
