Procurement of Adventure Tourism Equipment and Adventure Tourism Trainings and Services

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority is inviting bids for the procurement of adventure tourism equipment and the provision of adventure tourism trainings and services in Peshawar. This opportunity is open to eligible firms and service providers who are registered with FBR (NTN and KPRA/STRN Certificate) or SECP for companies, and must be active on the taxpayer list. The procurement is divided into two distinct packages: - Procurement of Adventure Tourism Equipment (Package-1) - Adventure Tourism Trainings and Services (Package-2) Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the EPADS platform by 26th August 2026 at 11:00 am. No hard copy submissions will be accepted. The bids will be opened/downloaded on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Separate bids must be submitted for each package, and package-wise rates should be quoted. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount must be submitted as Bid Security for each package, in favor of the KPK Culture and Tourism Authority Fund Account. The original CDR should be submitted to the KPCTA office before the deadline, while a scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 if a hard copy is required, or downloaded free of cost from the EPADS, KPPRA, and KPCTA websites. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17th August 2026 at 3:30 pm in the conference hall of the KPCTA. Bidders must also submit an affidavit on stamp paper, duly attested by a notary public, affirming the correctness of the information provided. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
