Advisory Services of Asset Management Company for NADRA Pension and Gratuity Funds

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids for advisory services of an Asset Management Company (AMC) for the investments of NADRA Fund and Funds of its Pension and Gratuity Trusts. This procurement is for non-discretionary advisory services related to active sales tax and income tax AMCs holding valid licenses issued by SECP. Items being procured: - Advisory Services of Asset Management Company for NADRA Fund and Pension and Gratuity Trusts The scope includes providing expert advisory services for a period of three years, as referenced by tender number NADRA-HQ-RFB-94/2026 and ePads version 2.0. Bidders must be active sales tax and income tax registered AMCs with valid SECP licenses. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method with evaluation by LCBS in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. Interested bidders can obtain detailed bidding documents, terms, conditions, and specifications from the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/76024. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 14th September 2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. The electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. Additionally, a hard copy of the Bid Security in original form must be submitted by 14th September 2026 at 11:00 am, otherwise the electronic bid will be rejected. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004. Procuring Agency will not be responsible for any technical issues related to EPADS; bidders are responsible for timely submission. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration on EPADS well in advance and prepare all required documentation carefully to avoid last-minute issues. Timely submission of the Bid Security in original form is critical to avoid disqualification.
