Afforestation Along Multan Vehari Road KM No.14-52/LRS (Supply of Healthy Plants, Loading, Unloading, Site & Carriage etc.)

Punjab Forest Department, Multan Forest Division, invites bids for afforestation works along Multan Vehari Road KM No.14-52/LRS, covering a total area of 56 KM. The scope of work includes the supply of healthy plants, loading, unloading, site preparation, and carriage. The contractor is required to purchase healthy plants in earthen pots/grow bags (18 inch pot size) of different species for Multan to Vehari Road KM No.14-52/LRS. The species required are Amaltas, Budha, Tree, Lagerstroemia, Bakain, Kachnar, Gul-e-mohar, Tabebuia, Opink (yellow), Guli-shishtar, Tecoma, Jacaranda, Bottle Brush, Neem, Terminalia, Peepal, Pilkan etc., having size 10 to 12 feet height, properly shielded along with carriage/provision at site. Items being procured: - Supply of healthy plants (various species as listed) in 18 inch pots/grow bags for Multan Vehari Road KM No.14-52/LRS, total area 56 KM - Loading, unloading, site preparation, and carriage of plants The estimated cost for this project is **Rs. 1,099,104** with a bid security of **Rs. 1,554,955** (5% of the estimated cost) to be submitted through the Online Portal. The completion period is 15 days after issuance of the work order. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules. The tender requires submission of the bid security, CNIC copy, and active tax registration certificate. Only bids submitted through the Online Portal will be accepted.
