Tender Description
This tender invites qualified air travel and ticketing agencies to provide comprehensive air ticketing services for the Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) based in Islamabad. The scope covers domestic and international air travel arrangements for PDA board members and employees, emphasizing cost efficiency and personalized service.
The selected agencies must demonstrate experience in handling government travel requirements, offering 24/7 support, and managing ticketing operations with trained personnel. Services include booking, issuing tickets, visa assistance, travel insurance, and providing detailed itineraries. Agencies should maintain a contingency plan to ensure uninterrupted service and actively seek cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Applicants must comply with FBR registration and maintain active taxpayer status on the ATL. They should also hold valid accreditation from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and meet financial criteria including a minimum annual credit transaction of PKR 10 million and specified credit limits for domestic and international travel. PEC category compliance is not applicable as this is a service contract. Bidders should ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 07-Apr-2026 at 1:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 1:30 PM the same day. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). The physical address for correspondence is the Pakistan Digital Authority office in Islamabad.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the tender documents for the required Letter of Authorization and ensure your firm's ATL status is active on the bid opening date to avoid rejection. Also, maintain clear communication channels as 24/7 availability is a critical evaluation factor.
