Allotment/Lease of University Cafeteria, Photocopy & Stationery Shop, Tuck Shop & General Store at Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib

Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib invites sealed bids from eligible firms, companies, and sole proprietors registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities for the allotment/lease of university facilities through a prescribed bidding process. The facilities offered for allotment/lease include: - Cafeteria with an annual reserve price of Rs. 1,800,000 and bid security of Rs. 90,000 - Photocopy & Stationery Shop with an annual reserve price of Rs. 480,000 and bid security of Rs. 24,000 - Tuck Shop & General Store with an annual reserve price of Rs. 720,000 and bid security of Rs. 36,000 The bidding process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Bids in a single sealed envelope. Only bidders with eligible and compliant technical bids will be considered for financial evaluation. The facility will be allotted to the highest valid financial bidder. No open auction or verbal bidding will be conducted. No financial bid below the prescribed reserve price will be accepted. Bidding documents including terms, conditions, and requirements are available free of cost at the PPRA website and BGNU website. All bids must be submitted on a 1-to-1 basis before the closing date and time at the Treasurer Office of Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib, located at Danish Schools Hostel Building, Nankana Sahib. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the reserve price in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib. The original bid security must be submitted along with the sealed bid before the closing date and time. BGNU does not provide dedicated constructed buildings/shops for these facilities. The successful bidder will be responsible for the site layout, measurements, dimensions, and construction style as per the approved layout and specifications provided by BGNU. The bidder will bear all costs and risks related to construction, installation, renovation, and operation of the facility. No construction or alteration shall be undertaken without prior approval of BGNU. No compensation or reimbursement will be made by BGNU for any expenditure incurred during or after the contract period. Bid validity is 120 days.
