The work is spread across multiple irrigation sub divisions within Swabi district, focusing on minor canals and drainage systems. Eligible contractors must have PEC codes CE-04, CE-10, CE-09, EE-11(i)(xvi), ME-05(i), and ME-07(v) as applicable. Valid registration with KPRA and FBR, along with enlistment for the current financial year, is mandatory. Earnest Money in the form of CDR amounting to PKR 40,000 per work is required.
