Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi is inviting bids for the repair, maintenance, and replacement of parts for anesthesia machines, autoclave machines, and dental units for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is essential for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of critical medical equipment in various hospital departments in Karachi. Items being procured: - Anesthesia Machines Astra 3i at Ortho OT (03 Nos.) and Gynae OT (02 Nos.), total 05 Nos. - Autoclave Machines at ENT (01 No.) and Dental Department (01 No.) - Dental Unit at Dental Department (04 Nos.) The technical scope covers the repair, maintenance, and replacement of specified parts for the above-listed machines and units. The work is to be completed within 30 days from the issuance of the work order or signing of the contract. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, as applicable, and must submit a bid security amounting to 2% of the total quoted price in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi. The performance security required from successful bidders is 5% of the contract value.
